How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, display and manage marketplace listings, enable direct buyer-seller contact, provide support, improve reliability, and enforce our marketplace rules. AR Hub Qatar does not process payments between buyers and sellers.

Sharing and public listings

Information included in a published listing may be visible to marketplace visitors. Selecting a seller contact option may open a third-party service such as WhatsApp, which handles information under its own privacy policy. We may use hosting, database, file-storage, and security providers only as needed to operate AR Hub Qatar. We do not sell personal information.

Storage, security, and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained while it is needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, or meet legal obligations.

You can update your profile and manage or delete your listings through your account. To request help with your account or personal information, contact us using the address below. We may need to verify your account before completing a request.
